Small Businesses helping Small Businesses
I believe in building a strong community, that's why I am using the idea of small
businesses.  The idea is a simple,  small businesses in the community refer
customers to each other.  

For example a customer at the local flower shop asks if the shop owner knows of a
good hair salon, the flower shop owner refers them to the local hair salon.  

A customer a the local hair salon asks about a good place to get some flowers and
the hair salon owner refers them to the same local flower shop.
It's a win, win for both because they are both getting new customers.

What I decided to do is similar to the above example, but a with a little twist.

When a local small business refers customers to me not only do I refer customers to
them, but that small business also gets a $5.00 off coupon for every customer they
refer to me, good towards any of my massage services, plus they get a link to their
web-site on my site.
